الحرية الدينية بين الإسلام والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان-دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

الملخص_x000D_ إن موضوع هذه الدراسة، هو الحرية الدينية بين الإسلام والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، حيث تتناول فيها طبيعة الحرية الدينية وضوابطها في الإسلام والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، ليسهل بعد ذلك المقارنة بينهما، ومن ثم بيان الموقف الإسلامي من الحرية الدينية في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان._x000D_ تهدف الرسالة إلى عرض المفاهيم الأولية في الموضوع وتوضيح الخلفية الفكرية لكلا الجانبين، وعرض ما يوضح موقف الجانبين من موضوع الحرية الدينية._x000D_ ونستنتج من دراسة الحرية الدينية بين الإسلام والإعلان العالمي، أن القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وضحتا أهمية الحرية الدينية ودعتا إليها، وكذلك الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، فالهدف الأساسي هو حفظ كرامة الإنسان وحقوقه وحرياته وإن اختلفت الطرق أو الأساليب._x000D_ _x000D_ Abstract_x000D_ The subject of this study is the idea of religious freedom among Islam and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It discusses the nature of religious freedom and its restrictions according to both Islam and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It does so in an attempt to first provide a comparison between such restrictions and then express the Islamic perspective on the religious freedom in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights._x000D_ The aim of this study is to present the primary concepts related to its subject, clarify the intellectual backgrounds of both Islam and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and then provide the standpoint of both sides on the matter of religious freedom._x000D_ It can be concluded from this study of religious freedom among Islam and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that the importance of religious freedom has been expressed not only in the Holy Quran and Sunnah, but also in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In fact, both aforementioned sides called for religious freedom as both believe that the main objective here is to preserve human dignity, rights and freedom even if there be a difference in means and methods.
