التفسير المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم: تاريخه، وإشكالاته، ومفهومه عند الإمام ابن عاشور

Abstract

الملخّص:_x000D_ هذا البحث المعنون «التفسير المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم: تاريخه وإشكالاته ومفهوم التفسير المقاصدي عند الإمام ابن عاشور» يتناول منهج «التفسير المقاصدي للقرآن الكريم»، بالتركيز على بيان إشكالية هذا المنهج وتاريخه وتحدياته وفرصته في عصرنا هذا. الدراسة تبحث في الموضوعات التالية: تعريف اصطلاح المقاصد، وبيان مفهوم التفسير المقاصدي، وإشكالية التعريف وخصائصه. يتناول الباحث جذور منهج التفسير المقاصدي في التراث الإسلامي ومشروعية التفسير المقاصدي من خلال آيات القرآن. فيبيِّن الباحث علاقة التفسير المقاصدي بالمناهج والاتجاهات التفسيرية الأخرى والفرق بين مقاصد القرآن ومقاصد الشريعة. في نهاية الدراسة يتناول الباحث القراءة في التفاسير المعاصرة، ويعرض الفكر المقاصدي في تفسير التحرير والتنوير لابن عاشور._x000D_ Abstract:_x000D_ This research, with the title «at-Tafsīr al-Maqāsīdī: tārīḥuhu wa ishkālīyatuhu wa mafhūm at-tafsīr al-maqāsīdī ʿinda Imām Ibn ʾĀshūr», which can be translated as «The objective-based interpretation of the Qur’an: Its history, problems and concept in Ibn ʾĀshūr’s ]Tafsir at-Taḥrīr wa-t-Tanwīr[», deals with the “objectives of the Qur’an”, as a methodical approach in Tafsīr. Moreover, it focuses on the issues of this approach, its history and its challenges and opportunity for our time. The study examines the following topics: Definition of the terminology “at-Tafsīr” and “al-Maqāsīd”, clarification of the concept “at-Tafsīr al-Maqāsīdī” and the difficulty in defining this very concept and its characteristics. The research also examines the roots of the “Maqāsīdī” thought in the Islamic history of ideas and its legitimacy according to the verses of the Qur’ān. Besides, this study explains the relationship between this approach and other methodical approaches and highlights the similarities between them. Finally, the research gives special attention to the presentation of “Maqāsīd al-Qur’an” derived by Ibn ʾĀshūr in his “Tafsīr at-Taḥrīr wa-t-Tanwīr” and analyzes his approach of using qur’anic objectives in his exegesis.
