Abstract
This paper studies solitons in optical metamaterials by the aid of collective variables. As an assumption, super-Gaussian solitons are selected to keep these pulses on a generalized setting. The numerical simulations of soliton parameter variation are given for specific values of the super-Gaussian pulse parameters.
