Introduction and Editorial Overview
In this special issue, we aim to contribute the emerging literature on new central banking by analyzing the different country experiences especially after the global crisis. Since the practice of the Central Banking currently is ahead of the theory and the textbook, sharing the country experiences will be quite helpful for the literature. Empirical and policy papers on new central banking are very much needed to fill existing gap in theory and practice of central banking.
