Abstract
This paper studies solitons in optical couplers that are made up from metamaterials. Twin core as well as multiple-core couplers are considered. The study is conducted by the aid of exp(− Φ(ξ))-expansion scheme for four forms of nonlinearity and they are Kerr law, power law, parabolic law and dual-power law. Singular and combo-soliton solutions are recovered from this algorithm.
