Abstract

This paper implemented generalized Jacobi's elliptic function expansion scheme to locate optical solitons in magneto–optic waveguides that maintain parabolic law of refractive index. The solutions are recovered after carrying out a limiting operation to the elliptic functions when the modulus off ellipticity approaches unity. The existence criteria of such solutions are also presented.
