Abstract
The Fat-Banyan (FAB) switch is based on optimizing the internal switch bandwidth in a banyan network. The FAB switch has been shown to perform well under uniform traffic conditions. In this paper we investigate the performance of the FAB switch under non-uniform traffic patterns of practical importance.
