Abstract
An efficient and reliable numerical algorithm for solution of the driven nonlinear Schrödinger equation: i∂tA (x, y, t) + Δ A - (x - p|A|2) A = x ̂ and Zakharov's equations in 2 + 1 dimension is presented. The algorithm is an FFT-based modified thin-sheet correction scheme.
