Abstract

In this work, we came up with a novel concept to fabricate a new kind of composite chitosan/TiO₂/Fe₃O₄ microspheres, which possess highly adsorptive, photocatalytic and magnetic properties. These multi-functional microspheres produced by electrospraying, a facile and low-cost method, have great engineering applications as high-efficiency and reusable materials for the removal of contaminants in water.
