Abstract

This chapter investigates the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in optimizing equity crowdfunding platform. By employing machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing, AI can enhance predictive accuracy, user experience, and network interactions. Comprehensive data collection and pre-processing enable the development of robust machine learning models for campaign outcome forecasting. Sentiment analysis and network theory further elucidate investor behavior and platform dynamics. The integration of AI-driven methodologies strengthens a more efficient, transparent, and engaging investment environment, ultimately supporting the growth and sustainability of the crowdfunding ecosystem. As the landscape of equity crowdfunding continues to evolve, the adoption of AI technologies will likely play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this financing mechanism, ensuring that it remains accessible and effective for both entrepreneurs and investors.
