Abstract

This paper employs exp-function scheme to obtain highly dispersive optical solitons that appear, in birefringent fibers, with four forms of nonlinear media. These are Kerr law, quadratic-cubic law, polynomial law and non-local law. The existence criteria of the solitons are also presented.
