Abstract

In this work we have performed the quantitative analysis of the Nb and Ta content in the Czochralski grown crystals by Total X-Ray Fluorescence. The lattice parameter of each LNT sample was determined by powder X-Ray Diffraction. A strong dependence of the c axis regarding Ta composition has been observed, while a axis remains constant.
