Abstract
The present disclosure, in part, relates to a method of treatment using a dietary supplement comprised of a flavanone, such as hesperetin (HESP), and a stilbenoid, such as trans-resveratrol (tRES), effective at improving immune health and for the treatment and/or prevention of coronavirus infection. The present disclosure also relates to a dietary supplement that is effective at suppressing basal levels of various inflammatory mediators for the purpose of providing a barrier to environmental allergens and pathogenesis of coronavirus infection, increasing resilience of host immunity and therefore, affording the subject time to produce an antibody neutralizing response before lung function declines.
