N2 - This study prioritizes the criteria that should be considered under sustainability and climate change impacts in selecting the most appropriate supply network strategies. For this purpose, the Fermatean Fuzzy Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (FF-SWARA) approach is used to address the uncertainty and complexity in the decision-making process. Detailed criteria such as environmental impact, climate vulnerability, climate adaptation investment, etc., were determined with the help of a literature review and expert opinions, and the relative importance of the criteria is ranked with the FF-SWARA method. This study provides a flexible and practical decision support tool for sustainable supply network designs and strategy selection for policymakers, managers, and governments facing climate uncertainty.
