Abstract
study takes the metabolic characteristics of the Qatari population as an entry point, conducting a full-chain research from "mechanism analysis - target discovery - intervention validation" to provide critical scientific support for precise diagnosis, personalized treatment, and preventive public health strategies for obesity and diabetes in the country. It directly aligns with the "Precision Health" strategy of the Qatar Foundation (such as the sub-themes of "Preventive Health" and "Diagnosis and Treatment" in the Qatar Foundation Strategy Refresh 2022-2033), helping to improve the health of the local population and establish a benchmark for precision medicine in metabolic diseases in the Middle East region.
