Abstract

AI for precision health, disease risk prediction, and biological causative mechanisms. The project carries out genetic and multiomic studies on Arab cohort data for various diseases including breast cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. The project has an important aim of integrating multi-modal data of omcis and imaging modalities (e.g., brain MRIs) + EMR provided by QPHI to gain insights into various health problems (cardiometabolic, neurodegenrative, etc.).
