    Biography

    Dr Amal Al-Malki is a Qatari scholar, educator, public speaker, social commentator and advocate of women's rights and gender equaity. Dr Amal is the Founding Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Hamadd bin Khalifa University. Prior to that she was the Executive Director of the Translation and Interpreting Institute at Qatar Foundation, which she founded in 2012.
